Privacy policy

The Master Appr website and applications.

Draft — pending completion

This page provides the structure for the privacy policy. Before its URL is used in Google Play, it must be completed with the actual details of the responsible party and each application's data practices. It is not a final privacy policy for the apps.

1. Responsible party and contact

Brand: The Master Appr. Contact email: themasterappr@gmail.com. The remaining details of the responsible party must be added before this policy is finalized.

2. Scope

The final version will identify the covered applications, services used and effective date. Each app listing may link to a separate policy where its practices differ.

3. App data and purposes

To be confirmed for each app: data collected or shared, sources, whether providing data is required or optional, processing purposes, and handling of device identifiers, diagnostics, user content and any other applicable data.

4. Advertising and other service providers

To be confirmed: advertising networks, analytics, notifications, hosting and any other SDKs used by each app. Provider names, links to their policies, and applicable information about consent or user choices will be added. No provider is assumed to be in use.

5. Device permissions

The final policy will describe only the permissions requested by each app, why they are used and how users can manage them.

6. Retention, security and deletion

To be defined: retention periods or criteria, protective measures, deletion procedures and a channel for exercising applicable rights. If an app allows account creation, the relevant account deletion procedure must be included.

7. Audience and children

The intended audience of each app must be confirmed, along with any applicable measures and conditions for processing children's data.

8. This website

This website package does not include registration forms, analytics or website advertising. App icons and previews are served from this website. Google Play and email links open external services with their own privacy terms. The hosting provider processes the requests needed to serve these pages; its conditions and retention practices must be documented once the final hosting service is selected.

9. Updates and questions

The final version will include its last updated date, how changes are communicated and an operational email address for privacy questions.
